About Us

AndroMed LLC was founded in 2022 by Matthew C. Hudnall, MS, TS(ABB), CLC(AMT) to provide independent, scientifically-based, and experience-driven consulting services for laboratories and businesses within the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) industry.

With over 13 years of hands-on experience in andrology, embryology, endocrinology, HCT/P donor tissue processing, and tissue bank management, Matthew possesses a holistic industry perspective and is a nationally recognized leader in the field. Matthew earned his Masters degree in Biological Sciences from Kent State University and is double board certified as both a Technical Supervisor by the American Board of Bioanalysis and as a Clinical Laboratory Consultant by American Medical Technologists.

Matthew is the current President of the College of Reproductive Biology, the nation’s largest professional society of clinical IVF laboratory directors, supervisors, and scientists. Matthew is a frequent invited speaker and presents lectures, participates in panel discussions, and leads roundtables at conferences, symposia, and in classrooms nationwide. Being an active inspector for the College of American Pathologists, Matthew also performs accreditation inspections at IVF laboratories around the nation. Additionally, not only is Matthew a published author, he also reviews manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals such as Fertility & Sterility, the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology, and Frontiers in Endocrinology.
